📍 Location: Redditch, B98 ⏰ Shift Time: 06:00–18:00 📅 Working Pattern: Sunday to Tuesday or Sunday to Wednesday (depending on shift pattern)

Workforce Staffing is recruiting reliable and hardworking Dispatch Operatives to join our team in Redditch!

📦 THE ROLE – WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Picking orders accurately and preparing products for dispatch.
• Checking products and quantities against order requirements.
• Handling stock carefully and ensuring orders are ready on time.
• Working in a chilled environment.
• Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organised working area.

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in chilled temperatures of 6–8°C and freezer environments.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous picking, packing, warehouse or dispatch experience is beneficial.
