About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Chef to join our team in Girvan. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef seeking consistent weekday work, with all travel expenses covered.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve high-quality meals.
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and well maintained.
• Manage food preparation and service efficiently.
• Minimise food waste and maintain portion control.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a chef in a professional kitchen.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Reliable, punctual and passionate about food.
