Salary: £95 - £110 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a secondary school in Nottingham city centre who are looking to appoint a confident Cover Supervisor. The school requires someone with a firm but positive approach to behaviour management who can build strong relationships with students and create a focused classroom environment.

The school is looking to take on a Cover Supervisor on a long-term basis, working across the whole secondary school and supporting classes throughout different subjects and year groups. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for delivering pre-planned work, managing classroom behaviour effectively and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• Confidence supervising classes across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, resilient and consistent approach to challenging behaviour
• The ability to adapt to different classes and situations
