An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Advisor to join a busy and professional accident repair environment. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating repairs and being the key link between the customer, technicians and the wider bodyshop team.
 
Previous bodyshop or accident repair experience would be a major advantage, although strong customer service experience within the automotive industry will also be considered. Experience using Autoflow or similar bodyshop management systems would be an added bonus.

The Role
As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience throughout the vehicle repair process.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Welcoming customers and handling repair enquiries
·Booking vehicles into the bodyshop
·Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
·Liaising with Bodyshop Technicians, Estimators and management
·Providing accurate repair updates and expected completion times
·Managing customer expectations regarding repair progress
·Answering telephone and email enquiries
·Preparing and maintaining accurate job documentation
·Updating customer and vehicle information on internal systems
·Using Autoflow or similar bodyshop management software
·Assisting with estimates, repair authorisations and invoicing where required
·Ensuring vehicles are ready for customer collection
·Delivering a professional customer experience from initial booking through to completion
 
About You
We're looking for a confident and organised Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Advisor who enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment.
You'll ideally have:
·Previous bodyshop, accident repair or automotive experience
·Strong customer service and communication skills
·Excellent organisation and attention to detail
·Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and repair jobs
·Good computer and administration skills
·Autoflow experience - desirable but not essential
·Experience with other bodyshop management systems is advantageous
·Professional, friendly and approachable manner
·Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
