FLT Bendi Driver
Location: Daventry, NN11
Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Pay Rate: £15.40 - £17.25 per hour

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Bendi Driver to join our warehouse operation in Daventry (NN11).
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of warehouse and forklift duties, ensuring stock is moved, stored and replenished safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with previous experience operating a Bendi forklift truck in a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Bendi FLT safely and efficiently
• Replenishing stock and warehouse locations
• Picking orders accurately and efficiently
• Putting stock away into designated locations
• Moving and handling goods around the warehouse
• Loading and unloading where required
• Maintaining accurate stock locations
• Carrying out general FLT and warehouse duties
• Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
• Working effectively as part of a wider warehouse team

About You

• Previous experience operating a Bendi forklift is essential
• Valid FLT/Bendi licence or relevant accredited training
• Previous warehouse experience
• Good understanding of warehouse processes
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to working safely
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment

Working Hours & Pay
Monday - Friday: 1:00pm - 9:00pm
Pay: £15.40 - £17.25 per hour, depending on experience/shift requirements.
