TeacherActive is proud to be working with a school in Frome whose education offer is grounded in the tree of life metaphor, focusing on educational excellence, character formation and spiritual insight. The school aims to deepen spiritual roots, strengthen character and community, and celebrate educational outcomes to enable empowered changemaking.

The school is looking to take on an LSA on a full-time, temporary basis, working Monday to Friday with pupils aged 4 to 13. The successful LSA will support pupils with their learning and development, work alongside teaching staff and provide consistent, positive support throughout the school day.

The successful LSA will have:

• Relevant experience supporting children or young people

• Experience working within an education or similar setting

• A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle

• Strong communication skills

• The ability to adapt to the needs of different pupils

• A patient, positive and supportive approach
