Front of House Manager –Entertainment Concept

Location: Dobbs Ferry, NY
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 plus bonus

About the Opportunity

We’re working with an exciting hospitality and entertainment concept in Dobbs Ferry, NY, seeking a passionate and people-focused Front of House Manager to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced FOH leader or Senior Supervisor who is ready to step into their next role and take ownership of the guest experience, service standards, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead by example with a strong presence on the floor.
• Train, mentor, and support servers, bartenders, and other hourly team members.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, hospitality, and overall experience.
• Support team scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
• Work closely with the General Manager and kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional and positive manner.
• Help maintain operational standards, including cleanliness, safety, and service consistency.
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-focused working environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Front of House Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role.
• A strong Senior Supervisor ready to take the next step will also be considered.
• Hands-on, energetic, and confident leading from the floor.
• Passionate about hospitality, guest experience, and team development.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience within restaurants, entertainment, or high-volume hospitality environments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and supporting a young, dynamic team.
