The school is looking for a positive and reliable individual who can support pupils effectively and help maintain an engaging and inclusive learning environment.

The school is looking to take on a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis. The successful Teaching Assistant will support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom duties, assist pupils with their learning, help manage behaviour and contribute to the smooth running of the classroom.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable
• A minimum of 3 months’ experience working in a UK school
• Experience supporting children within a primary school setting
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, patient and adaptable approach
