Head of Construction - Kampala, Uganda 

Industry: Chain Restaurants 

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000/month (Net) + Expat Package 

Vacation: 21 days annually 

About the Role: 

We seek an experienced Head of Construction to lead the restaurant projects. This role demands expertise in commercial hospitality, managing new builds and renovations while ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.

Key Responsibilities: 

-Oversee construction and maintenance across multiple sites. 

-Manage greenfield developments and renovations. 

-Direct subcontractors and labor teams. 

-Ensure compliance with safety standards. 

-Collaborate with management and design teams.

Qualifications: 

10+ years in commercial construction, preferably in hospitality. 

-Proven management experience in Africa. 

-Strong technical drawing interpretation skills. 

-Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
