Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, or steelwork environment
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings (desirable)
• Competent in using measuring equipment such as tape measures and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual handling duties
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Working Hours

• Nights - Sunday to Thursday 
• 22:00 till 06:00
• Set Shift – No rotation

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble steel frame components to specification and engineering drawings
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Measure and align components using measuring equipment
• Secure and fit steel sections using appropriate fixings and fasteners
• Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Work to production targets and deadlines
• Follow all health and safety procedures and wear PPE as required
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Report any defects, faults, or material shortages to management
• Support general production and manufacturing duties as required
