🕐 Friday: 7:00am–12:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Stores / Materials Operative to join a busy manufacturing business based in Redditch.

This is a varied role involving the booking in and out of materials and parts, supporting production and ensuring stock and materials are accurately recorded and available when required.

The Role

• Booking materials and parts in and out
• Managing the movement of materials around the business
• Maintaining accurate stock records
• Using Javelin or Epicor systems
• Supporting the production team with materials and parts
• Using a forklift to move materials around the site
• Ensuring materials are stored and handled correctly
• General stores and materials duties

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a stores, materials, warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with computerised stock systems
• Experience using Javelin or Epicor would be advantageous
• Forklift experience would be beneficial, but in-house training can be provided
• Reliable, organised and hardworking
• Able to work effectively within a busy manufacturing environment
