EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF

Salary: $105,000 – $115,000
Location: New York City, NY

I’m currently working with an ultra-luxury 5-star hospitality client in New York City who is looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join their acclaimed Italian restaurant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader to support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation, developing the culinary team, and ensuring the highest standards are consistently delivered.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Executive Sous Chef experience within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or high-end hospitality environment
• Strong Italian cuisine experience preferred
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• A passion for exceptional food, quality and guest experiences
• Experience working in a high-volume, demanding culinary operation
