Assistant Front of House Manager – Turks & Caicos

Location: Providenciales, Turks & Caicos
Salary: $55,000 USD tax-free + $12,000–$16,000 additional earnings

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing restaurant group in Turks & Caicos seeking an experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to join their busy, dinner-only operation.

The Opportunity

• Join a $5M+ annual revenue restaurant operation with approximately 145 seats across two unique concepts
• Lead and support a 50+ person team across FOH operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest experience
• Work alongside ownership and the culinary team in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
• Support reservations, floor management, service recovery, training, scheduling and daily operations

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of hospitality experience, ideally with previous FOH management or supervisory experience
• Strong background in high-volume, full-service restaurants
• Energetic, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure
• Excellent guest service, communication and organizational skills
• Caribbean hospitality experience is a plus
• Comfortable relocating to Providenciales and working approximately 60 hours per week
• Single-status preferred due to the nature of the relocation

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000 USD tax-free salary
