Paint Sprayer - Skelmersdale

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Paint Sprayer based in Skelmersdale.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering £17.67 per hour, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Spray Painter, Industrial Painter, or Powder Coater.

Rates of Pay:

• £17.67 per hour

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 18:00 - 06:00
• Week 2: Monday to Wednesday, 06:00 - 18:00 (Thursday off)
• Week 2: Friday to Sunday, 18:00 - 06:00
• Week 3: Thursday to Sunday, 06:00 - 18:00
• Week 4: Off

Day-to-Day Duties:

As a Paint Sprayer, you will work:

• Setting up spray equipment and preparing work areas
• Matching and mixing colours using manufacturers' technical data
• Applying primer coats, main coats and finishing layers
• Using paint drying methods and carrying out quality checks
• Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and paint booths
• Following all health and safety procedures

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Paint Sprayer, you will need:

• Ability to operate and control spray equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Hands-on practical skills
• Ability to use initiative
• Basic mechanical awareness

Training:

• Industry-related training provided
• Ongoing support throughout your assignment
