We’re working with a fantastic hotel in Hemel Hempstead who are looking for an experienced and personable Front of House Manager to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys being at the heart of the operation, leading from the front and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

As Front of House Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the front office operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service while supporting and developing the team. You’ll be a visible presence for both guests and colleagues, helping to resolve any issues and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Has previous experience in a Front Office or Front of House management role within a hotel environment
• Is naturally warm, approachable and guest-focused
• Has strong leadership skills and enjoys developing their team
• Is organised, hands-on and comfortable working in a busy environment
• Has excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Can confidently deal with guest queries and resolve issues professionally
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience
