Our client is an award-winning beauty, aesthetics and advanced skin clinic based in Guiseley, recognised for delivering exceptional client care and industry-leading treatments.

They are seeking a professional, organised and customer-focused Receptionist to become an integral part of their growing team.

This is not a typical reception role. As the first point of contact for every client, you'll play a vital role in creating the outstanding experience the clinic has built its reputation on.

Due to the level of responsibility and professionalism required, this position is best suited to candidates with established customer-facing experience who are looking for a long-term opportunity within a premium client-focused business.

The Role

Working as part of the reception team, you'll ensure every client receives a warm, professional and seamless experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming clients and creating an exceptional first impression
• Managing appointments and diary bookings efficiently
• Answering telephone, email and WhatsApp enquiries
• Processing client payments accurately
• Promoting treatments, packages and retail products where appropriate
• Supporting therapists to maximise appointment opportunities
• Monitoring consultation forms and patch test requirements
• Assisting with stock control and general reception administration
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional reception environment

Experience & Essential Requirements

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience within beauty, aesthetics, healthcare, hospitality, luxury retail, or another premium customer-focused environment would be highly advantageous
• This role is best suited to someone looking to establish a long-term career, rather than a temporary or transitional position
• Confident working independently in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit reliably to the fixed Wednesday and Saturday working pattern
• Must be Living within approximately a 10-mile radius of Guiseley

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience within beauty, aesthetics, healthcare, hospitality, luxury retail or another premium customer-focused environment would be advantageous
• A polished, professional and welcoming manner
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confidence using booking systems, Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
• The ability to remain calm, organised and professional under pressure
• Commercial awareness with the confidence to recommend treatments, retail products and promotions where appropriate
• A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team
• A genuine desire to become a valued, long-term member of our team
