We're currently recruiting for a Pupil Empowerment Mentor to work within welcoming and supportive Primary Schools, starting in September. This exciting opportunity is ideal for graduates and experienced support staff who are passionate about helping children unlock their potential, build confidence and achieve success both inside and outside the classroom. As a Pupil Empowerment Mentor, you'll work closely with pupils who require additional support, helping them overcome barriers to learning, develop resilience and become confident, independent learners. This role is particularly suited to individuals considering careers in teaching, educational psychology, SEND, speech and language therapy, youth work, social work or pastoral support.
