Nursery Teacher – Oxfordshire

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time or Part-Time
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week (flexible patterns considered)
Salary: Up to £36,000 per year
Location: Oxfordshire

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity for a qualified Early Years Teacher to deliver outstanding teaching and learning in a quality nursery setting. Lead pedagogical practice and inspire young learners in their early educational journey.

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

• QTS or EYTS
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework
• Experience teaching in Early Years settings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning for children aged 0-5
• Lead curriculum planning and EYFS implementation
• Model outstanding practice for the wider team
• Support staff professional development and pedagogy
• Monitor and assess children's progress
• Build strong partnerships with parents and families
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are met
• Contribute to nursery improvement and development
