Milk Education is working in partnership with a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Chesterfield who are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams for immediate starts and September opportunities.

The Role

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to boost learning and confidence.
• Work closely with the class teacher to create engaging learning experiences.
• Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs where required.
• Promote positive behaviour and help create a safe, inclusive learning environment.

We Are Looking For

• Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, coaching, youth work or care).
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's education.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
