🌱 Inclusive Learning Pathway Support Monday-Friday, 8:30-3:30 We are seeking Inclusive Learning Pathway Support staff to work within one of our partner SEND schools in Northumberland. This exceptional setting delivers a therapeutic and holistic curriculum tailored to children with Autism, speech and language difficulties, developmental delay, and complex communication needs. The school incorporates approaches such as Forest School, sensory-based learning, and creative interventions, supported by excellent facilities, on-site therapists, and a highly supportive Senior Leadership Team. There are strong opportunities for long-term and permanent roles for the right candidates. This rewarding role focuses on supporting children within an inclusive learning pathway, many of whom are non-verbal or have significant communication and interaction needs. You will help pupils regulate emotions, build independence, develop communication, and access learning in ways that meet their individual needs. You’ll work closely with teachers, therapists, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to create a structured, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, understood, and empowered to thrive. 🕒 Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday 💡 What You Need
