The schools are dedicated to helping every child thrive by delivering tailored support and encouraging independence, confidence and personal development.

The schools are looking to appoint a dedicated SEN LSA to join their team with an immediate start. 

The successful SEN LSA will have:

• Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs

• Confidence supporting pupils with a wide range of SEN, including complex and severe needs

• A calm, patient and caring approach

• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills

• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• A flexible and proactive attitude to supporting learning
