About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, or Commercial Vehicle Technician to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop in Telford. Working on a wide range of HGVs and commercial vehicles, you'll carry out servicing, diagnostics, repairs and inspections while benefiting from ongoing training and genuine career development.

Shift Pattern

• Week 1: 06:00–14:30
• Week 2: 14:30–23:00
• Alternate Saturdays: 07:00–11:00

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair HGVs and commercial vehicles
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance
• Complete work to DVSA and manufacturer standards
• Accurately complete job cards and workshop documentation
• Maintain a safe and organised workshop

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as an HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic, or Commercial Vehicle Technician
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• HGV Licence
• Main dealer or fleet workshop experience
