The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment where pupils are encouraged to develop academically, socially and emotionally, with a strong focus on personalised learning and positive outcomes.

The school is looking to appoint a SEND Teacher on either a day-to-day or long-term basis from September. The successful SEND Teacher will work with pupils ranging from Primary to Secondary age, delivering engaging lessons that meet a variety of additional learning needs while promoting confidence, independence and progress.

The successful SEND Teacher will have:

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification

• Experience working with Primary and Secondary aged pupils

• Experience supporting children and young people with additional needs

• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A patient, adaptable and caring approach
