This is a fixed shift, working the hours of:
- 8am to 4pm
- 9am to 5pm

The rate of pay is £29,000 to £31,000 per annum.

The site administrator is an essential component to our warehouse teams, reporting directly into the General Manager and playing a key role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring the site meets company standards and requirements.

Our Perfect Worker

Technical skills:

- Proficient in IT including MS Excel / Office
- Desirable - SAP experience

Soft skills & Experience:

- Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload, with minimum supervision
- Demonstrate drive, energy and a commitment to the continuous improvement of overall site performance
- Attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with all levels
- Flexible, with a can-do attitude

Qualifications & Experience:

- Experience working in a similar environment, ideally warehousing / 3PL
- Undertaken similar roles
- Self-starter - able to manage the regular deliverables with the ad hoc and to identify where to invest more time for the better outcome - without requiring step by step guidance
