Level 2 & Level 3 Nursery Practitioners – Rugby

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire (Just 2 minutes from M6 Junction 1)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 3–5 days per week (up to 40 hours)

Salary: Up to £13.03 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

About the Role

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and well-established nursery in Rugby with the recruitment of three Level 2 & Level 3 Nursery Practitioners.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team where you'll play an important role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5 years.

Conveniently located just two minutes from M6 Junction 1, the nursery offers excellent access for commuters. Candidates who don't drive are also encouraged to apply if they live locally and can travel to the setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children
• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Complete observations and contribute to planning engaging activities
• Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive Early Years team

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised)
• Previous experience within a UK nursery or Early Years setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding
• A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
