As a Mobile Phone Engineer your working days and hours are:

• Monday- Friday
• 09:00- 17:30

The rate of pay as a Mobile Phone Engineer is:

• £27,000- £28,000

Key Responsibilities Mobile Phone Engineer:

• Diagnosing faults on mobile phones and handheld electronic devices
• Carrying out hardware repairs including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components
• Performing software troubleshooting, updates, and device configuration
• Conducting functionality testing and quality inspections following repairs
• Accurately recording repair information and outcomes using internal systems
• Ensuring all repaired devices meet company quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Supporting stock management and spare parts control where required
• Adhering to company procedures and health & safety regulations.

Skills & Experience Required Mobile Phone Engineer:

• Previous experience repairing mobile phones, tablets, or electronic devices
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good understanding of mobile device hardware and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Experience with leading smartphone brands such as Apple, Samsung, Google, and Huawei would be advantageous
