Salary: £35,964 – £50,574 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of an exceptional and highly supportive school in the Ealing area for a passionate and dedicated Speech & Language Therapist (Band 5/6) to join their SEN team.

The successful candidate will work with children and young people with a range of communication and interaction needs, supporting students both individually and in small groups while collaborating closely with teaching staff, SEN professionals and families.

The role will involve:

• Assessing and supporting students with speech, language and communication needs
• Delivering targeted interventions and therapy programmes
• Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams
• Supporting EHCP outcomes and personalised learning strategies
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Building strong relationships with pupils and families

The school is looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised Speech & Language Therapy qualification
• Is HCPC registered (or working towards registration)
• Has experience or interest in working within SEN settings
• Is compassionate, patient and proactive
• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Is passionate about making a meaningful difference to young people’s lives
