Rail SISS & Communications Project Manager Security | Public Address | Data & Information Systems Location: Midlands preferred Salary: £55,000 – £62,000 per year + Car allowance + Benefits Vacancy Type: Permanent, full‑time employed role (Regular site attendance required) About the Role Orton Group is seeking a technically capable Rail SISS & Communications Project Manager to support the delivery of projects across the rail and infrastructure sectors. This role is firmly grounded in Security systems, Public Address systems, and data / information systems, with an expectation that the successful applicant is confident operating on site and directly supporting operatives, subcontractors, and clients. This is not a desk‑based project management role. You will be visible on site, actively involved in technical problem‑solving, coordination, and client engagement, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard. Rail experience is preferred but not essential. Strong technical communications or security systems experience, coupled with a proactive attitude, is equally valued. Key Responsibilities
