About the Role: In this Graduate Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant role, you will support pupils in accessing a broad and balanced secondary curriculum, working both individually and in small groups. You will play an important part in helping students overcome barriers to learning by implementing tailored interventions and scaffolding strategies. Working alongside teaching staff and specialist professionals, you will help create a learning environment that promotes engagement, self-regulation, and academic progress, while also supporting wider developmental outcomes.
