Picking and Packing Operative – £12.71 Per Hour

Location: Nantwich (CW5)

As a Picking and Packing Operative, you will receive £12.71 per hour working Monday – Friday, 06:00 until 16:00. This is a great opportunity to join the KPI Recruiting team, assisting a premium local client with their Father’s Day hamper production.

The Role: What’s involved?

You’ll be part of a friendly team in a chilled warehouse, ensuring every hamper is gift-ready. Your day-to-day will include:

• Hamper Assembly: Carefully picking and packing premium cheeses, crackers, chutneys, and chocolates.
• Accuracy: Using handheld scanners to process orders and track stock correctly.
• Quality Control: Ensuring every box is neatly packed and meets high standards before dispatch.
• Teamwork: Working together to hit daily targets in a clean, organized workspace.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: You’ve worked in a warehouse or packing role before and are comfortable with scanning systems.
• Environment: You’re happy working in a chilled setting (essential for keeping the products fresh!).
• Transport: Due to the rural location in Nantwich, you must have your own transport, as there is no public transport access.
• Reliability: You are punctual and ready for a 6:00 am start.
