This full-time, long-term opportunity is ideal for ambitious graduates seeking to develop their skills and make a meaningful impact in the classroom.

About the Role

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across a range of subjects and abilities, helping to ensure all pupils can access the curriculum and achieve their potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-to-one and small group academic support to students.
• Assisting teachers during lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Supporting students with additional learning needs to access lesson content.
• Helping to prepare classroom materials and resources.
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
• Contributing to a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

This role offers a broad and valuable insight into secondary education, making it an excellent stepping stone towards teacher training or other education-related careers.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for graduates who:

• Hold, or are on track to achieve, a 2:1 degree or above in any subject.
• Have a genuine interest in working within the education sector.
• Are confident, adaptable, and able to build strong relationships with students.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are proactive, professional, and eager to learn.
• Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
