Ideal Candidate – Graduate Maths Teaching Assistant

• A 2:1 degree or higher in Maths or a Maths-related subject
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Maths education
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage and motivate pupils
• Patient, proactive, and keen to support different learning needs
• Previous tutoring or school-based experience is desirable but not essential
• Must have the right to work in the UK

The Role – Graduate Mathematics Tutor

As a Graduate Mathematics Tutor, you will work closely with the Maths department to support pupils with varying levels of ability. You will provide targeted academic support through 1:1 interventions, small group sessions, and in-class assistance, helping students to grasp key mathematical concepts and improve confidence.

The Graduate Mathematics Tutor will assist teachers with lesson delivery, help adapt resources, and monitor pupil progress, playing a key role in raising attainment.
