HR ADVISOR | WARRINGTON | 12 MONTH FTC
Up to £35,000 per annum DOE

Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm  

Our client is a highly established organisation based in the Warrington area, who are seeking a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional to join the team on a full time, 12 month FTC basis to cover Maternity leave. If you enjoy working in a hands-on role, providing expert advice and support across a variety of complex ER matters, whilst working closely to deliver pragmatic, legally compliant solutions, this may be the role for you!

You will be:

  • Managing complex HR and employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, TUPE transfers, flexible working requests, medical capability, and absence management.
  • Providing clear, confident advice in line with UK employment law and best practice.
  • Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Supporting recruitment activity, including interviews and onboarding.
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across the business.
  • Maintaining accurate case management records and documentation.
  • Managing workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Line managing an HR Administrator, including performance management and professional development.

You will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a generalist HR or advisory role.
  • Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
  • A resilient and agile approach to work in a fast-moving environment.
