Key Customer Administrator

Location: Huntingdon

Contract: Temp - ASAP until March 2026

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm

Salary: £13.00 per hour

We are recruiting on behalf of our Huntingdon based client for a Key Customer Administrator to support their busy operational team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role suits a highly organised administrator who enjoys working with data, coordinating information, and supporting excellent service delivery.

The Role:

You will provide administrative and organisational support to a key customer coordination function and wider delivery team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through accurate data management, effective communication, and financial support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records and data across internal systems
• Review, reconcile, and verify electronic documentation
• Prepare data and paperwork to support invoicing and reporting
• Act as a secondary point of contact for key stakeholders
• Respond to queries via phone and email within agreed service levels
• Support financial processes including purchase orders and invoice checks
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, contractors, and clients
• Support health & safety and compliance processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and SharePoint desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach
