Your day-to-day responsibilities may include 1:1 support, small-group interventions, emotional coaching, communication development activities, behaviour-regulation strategies, sensory-friendly learning support, and helping pupils engage positively in the classroom. This is real, hands-on experience in understanding how children think, feel, learn, and communicate. For graduates aspiring toward Educational Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Child Mental Health, or SEN Teaching, this role offers invaluable exposure to specialist strategies and professional practice within an experienced team.
