• Develop and execute a clear commercial strategy to drive revenue and growth
• Champion the guest experience – setting the standard for personalised, memorable stays
• Build, mentor and empower a high-performing team
• Partner with department heads to ensure seamless daily operations
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to elevate the hotel’s positioning and community presence
• Take ownership of financial performance, budgets and forecasting

About You

• Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader within the luxury or lifestyle hotel sector
• Exceptional leadership skills – able to engage, develop and motivate teams
• Sharp commercial acumen and solid understanding of P&L and revenue management
• A true ambassador for hospitality – guest-obsessed with impeccable attention to detail
• Strong F&B knowledge and passion for design, culture, and experience-led service
