  • Work closely with your fellow Construction Supervisor, the Construction Manager, HSE team, design team, engineering team, quality team, and Commissioning & Start-Up team to ensure seamless integration between design, execution, and delivery.
  • Identify and resolve technical questions or quality issues promptly to maintain project progress and ensure final delivery is not compromised.

Progress monitoring and reporting:

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on progress, risks, and issues on site.
  • Support the Construction Manager with updates on on-site performance regarding safety, quality, progress, and deviations from project milestones.

Continuous improvement and knowledge sharing:

  • Contribute to a culture of learning and improving project processes by documenting improvements and optimizations and sharing best practices.
  • Support and contribute efforts to improve quality during execution, reduce deviations, and optimize project delivery outcomes for future projects.
