We are currently recruiting Class 1 drivers to work for a well-known postal company-based Rugby Hub (CV23) and Lutterworth (LE17). This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable drivers looking for consistent all year-round work.

Pay Rates

• £17.37ph to £23.12ph
• AM Shifts: Start between 06:00 – 12:59
• PM Shifts: Start between 13:00 – 05:59

Note: The shift is paid per hour so your shift could run into the other shift rates.

Shift Patterns

• We welcome all shift preferences and availability
• 5 to 6 shifts per week, regular and consistent work

Job Duties

• Trunking to Distribution Centres – Little bit of handball may be required at times

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 Licence with a minimum of 6 months experience
• Good understanding of UK driving regulations

Assessment & Induction

• Assessments scheduled for week commencing 04.08.25
• Assessment includes a written and driving test (6–8 hours)
• On successful completion, a 1-day induction is required (typically starting between 12:00 – 14:00)
