About the Role

KPI Recruiting Ltd is looking for Warehouse / Production Operatives to join our client’s team based in Winsford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing company offering long-term stability and the possibility of a permanent contract.

Location: Winsford Industrial Estate
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00, 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Job Type: Temporary ongoing (potential for permanent placement for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing various products such as candles, reed diffusers, and chocolates.

• Packaging and labelling skincare products with care and accuracy.

• Following order forms to pack customer orders correctly.

• Labelling boxes with the appropriate address labels.

• Working flexibly within different departments as required.

Requirements

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail.

• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is desirable.
