Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 basic salary, with OTE of £90,000 (uncapped)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: Office-based

Remarkable Jobs are recruiting on behalf of our well-established client, a prestigious and highly regarded estate agency in London. We are seeking a dynamic Lettings Director to lead and grow their successful lettings department based in St John’s Wood.

Lettings Director Role:
As a Lettings Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the lettings operation, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with strong leadership qualities and a proven background in residential lettings to take the next step in their career.

Lettings Director Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing lettings team.

• Maximise business opportunities to achieve and exceed targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal processes.

• Report regularly to senior leadership on departmental performance.

What They Are Looking For:

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential lettings.

• Proven leadership or management experience.

• ARLA qualified or working towards it.

Desirable:

• Strong knowledge of the St John’s Wood or wider NW London market.

Lettings Director Key Attributes:
