KPI Recruiting are on the look out for a Chef Manager for our client based in Arbroath Angus.

As a Chef Manager your working days are:

  • 5 out of 7 days per week
  • Hours vary

The rate of pay as a Chef Manager is:

  • £27,000 per annum

The duties and responsibilities as a Chef Manager are:

  • Recruiting and training all staff
  • Working with the kitchen team to develop the menu
  • Order stock which is needed
  • Control budgets and record income and expenses
  • Organise and supervise the team in preparing and presnting food to the highest quality
  • Ensure that everyone works to strict compliance-led Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations

The ideal candidate for a Chef Manager would need:

  • PVG/DBS
  • Food Hygiene Level 2
  • Allergy Certificate
  • Chef whites, non slip shoes
