Hours: Flexible (Ideally between 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 2 days a week)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper to join a team located in Brierley Hill. This is a part-time position offering flexible hours and competitive pay, perfect for individuals seeking work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage financial transactions.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
• Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and audits.
• Monitor and report on cash flow.
• Perform general administrative duties related to bookkeeping.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
