Recruitment Consultant

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with an OTE of £75,000 per annum.

• Recruitment experience in any industry (highly favourable)
• Account management experience (highly desirable)
• Sales experience (highly desirable)
• Customer service experience (minimum of 2 years)

Job Description:

This is an exciting role for an individual with a passion and drive for reaching targets. Our expansion into Cheshire has resulted in the need for a consultant to lead our expansion into Cheshire East. The role will be primarily based in our Cheshire office in Pulford to begin the drive of this expansion, with the successful candidate eventually launching new offices in the Cheshire East region. Due to the growth and expansion of the business, we are looking for a motivated individual to join the team and support existing clients while focusing on converting new and lapsed business.

This is a fast-paced recruitment sales role with the following responsibilities:

• Business development
• New and lapsed sales
• Search, selection, and interviewing of candidates
• Managing school accounts through communication, business development, and relationship building
• Conducting face-to-face new business meetings and service reviews
• Processing payroll
• Attending job fairs and university events
• Supporting and sponsoring school cluster meetings
• Attending school awards ceremonies
