Registered Domiciliary Manager - Bournemouth

£28,000-£35,000 per annum

We are currently looking for a Registered Domiciliary Manager for one of our local healthcare providers to join their friendly team in Bournemouth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing leadership of the administration, care, and people management functions of the Bournemouth Branch
  • Carry out and maintain the operations of the Branch at the standard agreed with the organisation.
  • Maintain support and management skills at the current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice.
  • Work in partnership with local health professionals
  • Have responsibility of the quality of the service delivery and ensure all support is fully compliant with the organisations statutory requirements.
  • Be responsible for and operate within agreed budgets.
  • Have a sound working knowledge of the local area in order to maximise the involvement and inclusion of the people you support.
  • Develop excellent working relationships with families of the people you support

The ideal person will have:

  • Experience working within the Health and Social Care industry
  • Great knowledge of CQC requirements and legislation
  • Be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Passionate about providing the very best high-quality support
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Min Level 3 Health and Social, willing to make a Level 5 Health and Social Care
  • Driving license with access to a vehicle
