Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4)
• Support pupils in thorough preparation for their GCSE Maths examinations
• Plan and deliver well-structured, inspiring lessons that foster a love of learning
• Consistently implement the school’s schemes of learning with fidelity
• Develop strong classroom and behaviour management skills, with guidance from experienced colleagues

Person Specification

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) specialising in Maths
• Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) are warmly encouraged to apply
• Experience teaching Maths through training placements or previous roles
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching
• A genuine passion for supporting pupil progress and achievement
