We are looking for Primary Teachers in the Vale of Glamorgan with the following: 

• QTS (NQTs are also welcome to apply)
• Experience managing challenging behaviour and supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs / ALN
• Strong knowledge of positive behaviour management, de-escalation techniques and effective classroom management strategies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
