Senior Mortgage Case Manager / Technical Case Manager | Leeds / West Yorkshire | Full Time | £33,000 to £35,000 DOE + Quarterly Performance Bonus Our client is an established independent whole-of-market Mortgage & Protection Brokerage with 21 years’ experience. Based in East Leeds, they have built an excellent reputation and have a 5-star customer review platform. With strong processes and back-office systems, they are committed to providing a smooth and stress-free client journey, with the client always at the forefront of their service and advice. They have a strong team of mortgage advisers supported by experienced case managers and administrators, and are now looking for someone with strong technical mortgage knowledge to strengthen their team. The Role This is not a traditional administrative case management role. The successful candidate will have strong technical mortgage knowledge and will be responsible for reviewing and managing complex cases, identifying suitable lenders, challenging cases where necessary and supporting applications through to completion. You will become an important technical resource for the adviser team, supporting difficult and unusual cases and helping to identify solutions based on lender criteria, affordability, income, property types and credit history. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with hybrid working available. Candidates should ideally be within a commutable distance of the Leeds office. Exceptional candidates seeking a four-day working week may also be considered, subject to business needs. Please note that Friday must remain a working day. Key Responsibilities
