Salary: £110 - £150 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-respected mainstream Secondary School based in Bromsgrove. The school has been awarded a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating and provides a positive environment for both students and staff.

The school is looking for a Cover Supervisor for long-term placements, with flexible day-to-day work also available. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising classes across the secondary age range, delivering pre-planned work, managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged with their learning.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach
• A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
