Role Overview
We are seeking a General Secondary Teacher to start in September 2027, providing cover for both planned and unplanned staff absences across multiple subjects. This flexible role suits educators who thrive on variety, quickly build positive relationships with students and colleagues, and confidently deliver pre-prepared lessons while maintaining exemplary classroom management.
Key Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in UK mainstream secondary schools
Outstanding classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to adapt quickly across different subjects and school environments
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
