TeacherActive is proud to be working with a primary school in the Medway area with pupils from a wide variety of backgrounds. The school is looking for a Lunchtime Supervisor who can support children throughout the lunch period and help maintain a safe and positive environment.

The school is looking to take on a Lunchtime Supervisor on a part-time basis, working Monday to Friday across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2. The successful Lunchtime Supervisor will supervise pupils during lunch breaks, manage behaviour effectively and ensure groups of children remain safe and appropriately supported.

The successful Lunchtime Supervisor will have:

• Previous experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Experience supervising groups of children safely
• A confident and calm approach when dealing with challenging behaviour
• Strong communication skills
• A reliable, positive and proactive attitude
